EASTER will soon be upon us.

That means chocolate, chocolate, and even more chocolate.

And what better way to celebrate Easter by heading out to a hunt with your family and friends?

The Daily Echo has looked around the county to see where hunts will be held over the school holidays.

So if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth, head to one of these hunts over the school holidays.

l A Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt at Mottisfont will run until April 22 and participants will receive a a delicious Cadbury chocolate treat.

The hunt will run Monday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm.

l An egg hunt will be held at Sir Harold Hillier Gardens, Romsey, until April 22.

Families can follow a self-guided trail around the grounds and will receive a prize at the end.

l Southampton’s Annual Golden Egg Hunt will take place at Southampton Outdoor Sports Centre on April 12 from 11am to 2pm.

l The cuddly ParkLives bunny will be hiding golden eggs all over the park for you to find.

If you locate them and take a photo of yourselves with the Golden Eggs you will win a prize.

There will be bonus activities throughout the day as well as a raffle for Southampton’s Special Olympics Solent Team.

l Woodmill Outdoor Activities Centre will be hosting an egg hunt on April 14 from 10 to 4pm.

This hunt must be pre-booked.

l An egg trail will be held at Furzey Gardens until April 22.

Easter characters and eggs, decorated by students from Minstead Trust, will be hidden around the grounds.

l The Annual Easter Egg Hunt in Ringwood will be held on April 20 at 10am.

The hunt will be held at Prestige Holidays and will be in aid of raising money for Poulner Infants School and Ringwood Infants School.

Follow clues around Ringwood to collect stamps and eggs before finishing in a secret location.

The hunt will be officially opened by Ringwood Town Mayor.

l An egg hunt will be held at Eastleigh Lakeside Railway on April 19 - 22.

Children will be given a special answer sheet with their train ticket and will have to collect information during their train ride.

Completed sheets can be handed into the ticket office after the train journey to receive a prize.

l An Easter Trail will be held at Itchen Valley Country Park until April 22 from 10am to 4pm.

Follow the Easter Trail through the woods and hunt for the clues to win a prize.

l Royal Victoria Country Park will host an egg hunt from April 10 to 13 from 10am.

The event will include egg crafts, egg rolling and a “find the Easter Bunny” hunt.

This event must be pre-booked due to limited spaces.

l A Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt at Winchester City Mill on April 19.

The hunt will from from 10am to 4pm and participants will need to locate Easter Bunny’s stash to receive a a delicious Cadbury chocolate treat.
