Police investigation on Paynes Road
POLICE have confirmed the discovery of a man's body at a property in Southampton.
They say the man was discovered in a property in Paynes Road, Freemantle, around 6am on Friday morning.
Officers say the death is being treated as unexplained, but not suspicious.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Police said: "We attended a property in Paynes Road between 6am and 6.30am on Friday following the discovery of a man’s body.
"The death is being treated as unexplained, but not suspicious.
"A file is being prepared for the coroner."
