Romsey residents welcomed 17 visitors from a twin town in France in a bid to renew friendships.
Seventeen visitors from Paimpol visited the Test Valley town over the weekend as guests of Romsey Twinning.
For seven members of the party it was their first visit to Romsey, who had the chance to marvel at the town's sights, such as the Abbey and the Town Hall.
The main event during the weekend was a visit to the Romsey Show, where guests enjoyed the wide variety of country pursuits and rural traditions the Show had on offer.
The tourists were given the chance to take a group photo beside one of the new town signs and concluded with a dinner in honour of the French visitors, featuring Hampshire produce and a musical singalong in French and English.
