The Mountbatten School Music Academy is hosting their annual Autumn Concert this month.
The concert will involve around 150 students, many of whom will be performing for the first time as new Year 7 students.
There will be contributions from all of the school’s ensembles, such as the Big Band to Brass Ensemble, String Ensemble, Senior Girls’ Choir and more.
There will also be solos from some of their talented Year 11 GCSE musicians.
Michael Whiteside, Head of Music and Expressive Arts at The Mountbatten School, said: "Music is a strength of The Mountbatten School and we strive to give all of our students high-quality musical experiences.
"Performing in the glorious setting of Romsey Abbey is always an enormous privilege and our Autumn Concert is always a brave undertaking after only a handful of rehearsals since the start of the academic year with many of our ensembles."
The annual concert comes as The Mountbatten School is celebrating their 50th anniversary.
The Autumn Concert will take place at Romsey Abbey on Tuesday, October 22 at 7pm.
