The man the police want to talk to in connection to the purse theft in Havant
POLICE launch hunt for a man who allegedly stole a purse in Havant.
The red Radley purse was stolen in the Park Lane Medical Centre in Havant, some time between 8am and 9am.
The bank cards from the purse were shortly shown to have been used in a series of transactions, including a jewellery shop and a post office in Portsmouth.
Officers have released an image of the man who they want to speak to in relation to the incident.
A Hampshire Police spokesperson said: "Officers have been making enquiries since then and we are now turning to the public to assist us further, do you recognise this man?
"Anyone with information can call 101, quoting 44190398698. Alternatively, you can Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
