Adventure AS went to Whitehouse Lake on Sunday last and Graham (Shaggy) Shadwell made local knowledge pay and duly won with 30lb 1oz of carp on pole and bread, Gary Knight continued his run of good form and caught 22lb 8oz again carp and again pole and bread, Mike Alan utilised pole and maggot for his 17lb of carp followed by match secretary Nick Sargent who caught 16lb 14oz on pole and corn. Fifteen fished but eight wished they had not and blanked.

Kennet Osprey fished their latest fixture on a dire Cheriton Farm, Steve Hunt won the match with just 25lb 7oz of carp on pole, maggot and bread, Pat Hollies put pole and bread punch to good use and netted 16lb 11oz of carp, Les Humphries caught 12lb 6oz of carp on bread and maggot under the pole, whilst Phil Tiller weighed in 10lb 9oz. Twelve fished some blanked.

Camrose AC went to Soke Road Lake on Sunday last, where Jason (The Paste) Marcham topped out with 15b 10oz of carp on pole and maggot, Bryan Swindle used pole and bread for his second placed 10lb 14of of carp, Paul (The Enforcer) Follington pole and magged it for his 10lb 1oz followed by Pete Morris with 9lb 14oz of mixed. Ten fished some did not catch.

This coming Sunday Camrose will be at Whitehouse Lake for their Christmas Match whilst Kennet Osprey go to Willow Park small lake for their festive event. Next week and the week after angling columns will be as and when due to the two bank holidays.
