A wheelbarrow was stolen during an overnight shed burglary in Test Valley.

Officers are appealing for information, after a shed was broken into on Church Lane in Awbridge.

The incident took place some time between 4.30pm on Saturday March 28 and 9am on Sunday March 29, when a shed door was forced open and a wheelbarrow was stolen.

Offenders also cut a hole in the security fence.

Now officers have appealed for information on the incident, and urge anyone who witnessed it to come forward.

A Hampshire Police spokesperson said: "We would like you to be aware of a burglary that has been reported to us. This occurred between 16:30 on Saturday 28th March 2020 and 09:00 Sunday 29th March 2020. Unknown offender(s) have gained access to a shed on Church Lane, Awbridge. The offender(s) forced the shed door open by breaking the lock. They have then stolen tools and a wheelbarrow. They’ve also cut a hole in the security fence.
