THE PRIME Minister has been rushed to intensive care after his coronavirus symptoms worsened.
According to a Downing Street spokesperson, Mr Johnson has asked Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab to be his deputy.
The prime minister, 55, was taken to St Thomas' Hospital in London with "persistent symptoms" on Sunday.
It has been reported that this afternoon, the PM's condition worsened.
On the advice of his medical team, he has been moved to the intensive care unit at the hospital.
The PM is "receiving excellent care", and has thanked all NHS staff for their hard work and dedication.
Mr Johnson tested positive for coronavirus ten-days-ago even tweeting he was in "good spirits".
