The stolen VW found in Southampton
A CAR stolen from a Romsey road has been found parked nearly ten miles away.
Hampshire police were alerted to a black VW Golf which was snatched from Knatchbull Close at some point between April 24 and May 1.
Now police officers have revealed the car was recovered from Wilton Avenue, Southampton, on Monday, June 15.
A spokesperson from Hampshire Constabulary added the car had been returned "to one happy owner".
