Fewer Wiltshire cases have been recorded in the latest-weekly period compared to the one before.
In the week to September 18, 39 people tested positive in the Wiltshire Council area down from 52 in the week to September 11.
The number of new cases per 100,000 people has also gone down from 10.4 to 7.8.
The data is based on tests carried out in laboratories (pillar one of the Government’s testing programme) and in the wider community (pillar two).
According to the government coronavirus dashboard, last updated on 4pm on Tuesday, Wiltshire has had a total number of 1,577 since the start of the pandemic, 10 of which were reported yesterday.
The locations with the most cases are as follows:
Devizes East - 6
Devizes West - 3
Warminster West & North - 4
Larkhill, Shrewton & Bulford Camp - 3
Amesbury - 3
Tidworth & Ludgershall - 3
These figures are based on confirmed positive cases reported by September 20 with specimen dates between September 12 and 18.
