A ROMSEY school has announced most of its clubs are now up and running amid coronavirus.

Children at Stroud School, Highwood Lane, can enjoy some of their clubs, including Forest School and Farm Club.

A spokesperson from the school said: "In Lego Club they have all been learning about motors and mechanical systems using Lego technics and in Design Technology they have been making outdoor gliders to understand how aeroplanes fly."

They added: "KS1 children are delighted to have had the hugely-anticipated ballet club for Darcey Bussell wannabes."

This comes after the school unveiled its new Key Stage 2 building to their pupils this autumn.

The building, located at Stroud School in Highwood Lane, will now provide a "spacious educational environment" to teach middle school children.

Stroud School also believes the "children are already enjoying the light and airy rooms", adding "all the classrooms have direct access to undercover outside areas, allowing all pupils to learn outdoors in all weather".
