Hampshire Constabulary are investigating after two men were stabbed on Roman Way last night.

Officers were called at 22:52 on November 29 after a 27-year-old man was found with multiple stab wounds. A second victim, a 35-year-old man, was then located on Vespasian Road, also with multiple stab wounds.

Both men sustained serious injuries and were taken to Southampton General Hospital to be treated.

A 39–year-old man from Andover was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit grievous bodily harm and remains in police custody.

Police said that they will be conducting enquiries in the area to “establish the exact circumstances of the incident.”
