Prison threat for Winchester man who harassed woman
A WINCHESTER man faces prison if he breaks a court order by contacting a woman.
Craig Stuart Charles, 26, of Teg Down Meads, Teg Down, pleaded guilty to harassing Alexandria Gambrill last August.
Magistrates in Basingstoke heard that between August 22-26 Charles repeatedly went to her address and sent her numerous unwanted text messages.
The court imposed a community order for him to attend a building better relationships course for 32 sessions.
A two-year restraining order was also imposed banning him from contacting Ms Gambrill up to November 22 2022.
Charles was also ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
