A ROAD has been blocked and delays are building due to road works and a broken down HGV.
There are currently 30 minute delays on the Northbound A36 near Ower Roundabout.
There are also 20 minute delays heading Southbound due to emergency roadworks.
Police are on the scene trying to recover the heavy goods vehicle.
A police spokesperson said: "Please use an alternative route if using the #A36 this morning - Traffic is already heavy in the area."
