POLICE are looking to speak to woman in connection with a purse theft at a Sainsbury's in Test Valley.
Officers were alerted to the theft which happened at Sainsbury's in Bridge Street, Andover, around 11.30am on December 31.
The purse was put on top of a self-scan checkout, where it was taken by another customer.
In a Facebook post, Hampshire police released a CCTV in the hope someone may recognise the woman.
The post reads: "We know the CCTV image is not the clearest, but hope that someone may recognise the woman or something about her and be able to assist our enquiries.
"Anyone with information should call 101, quoting the reference 44200501104.
"Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
