THE number of coronavirus-related deaths in every postcode area in Romsey and surrounding areas has been revealed.
A map created by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) shows the number of deaths between March 2020 and January 2021 where Covid-19 was mentioned as a cause on the death certificate.
It takes into account deaths that happened in hospitals, care homes, at home, communal settings and "elsewhere".
Here are the areas that reported coronavirus-related deaths between March last year and January 2021:
- Romsey Town: 18
- Romsey Cupernham and Halterworth: 10
- North Baddesley and Braishfield: 32
- Abbotswood and West Wellow: 12
- Chilworth, Nursling and Rownhams: 7
- Valley Park: 1
- Chandler's Ford West: 12
- Chandler's Ford East: 8
- Nether Wallop, Kings Somborne and Dunbridge: 9
- Totton Town: 6
- West Totton: 5
- Totton Rushington: 5
- Totton Calmore: 8
