A VILLAGER has been cleared of drink driving after a trial.
James Fletcher Child, 40, of Burnett Close, Kings Worthy, was alleged on June 13 to have driven on Lanham Lane, Teg Down, Winchester, with an alcohol reading of 67 micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath.
Mr Child denied the charge and was found not guilty after a trial at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
