A BLOCK of flats in Southampton has been raided as part of an investigation into firearms offences.
On Saturday morning, a warrant was executed at Oceana Boulevard on Briton Street.
This was said to be in connection to an investigation into firearm offences.
Charlie Watts, 24, of no fixed abode has now been charged with one count of false imprisonment, one count of controlling and coercive behaviour, two counts of theft, one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, one count of possession of a Class B drug and one count of dangerous driving.
He has been remanded in custody and was due to appear at Southampton Magistrates Court this morning.
The court has been contacted for more information.
