A SOUTHAMPTON man has been reported for summons for allegedly driving a vehicle in a "dangerous condition".
The 58-year-old suspect was stopped on Bypass Road, Romsey, after police believed the van had "a severely cracked windscreen, underinflated tyres, a load held on by gravity and incorrect insurance", according to a Facebook post from Test Valley Cops.
The "vehicle has been prohibited and the driver will have his day in court", the post added.
The force claims the vehicle was being used "in a dangerous condition".
The man was reportedly stopped by police at 4.14pm on Friday, May 7.
