A man has been disqualified and fined for drug-driving.
Desmond Charles Gallagher, of Cragg Road, Cleator Moor, pleaded guilty to the offence at Carlisle Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
On May 19, 2020, the 34-year-old drove on the A66 with 7ugl of drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood.
He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £280, and told to pay a victim surcharge of £34, and court costs of £465.
