WINCHESTER man Morgan James Cutler broke a court order by speaking to two people.
Cutler, 58, of Eastgate Street, approached and spoke to David Cutler and Sharon Smith in Winchester, breaking a restraining order, a court heard.
Cutler was not present in court but had admitted the charges.
The relationship between Cutler and the two people was unclear from the court record.
Magistrates in Basingstoke extended the restraining order to run for another 12 months until June 6 2022.
They also fined him £50 with a community order for up to 20 days rehabilitation activity requirement and to pay a £95 victim surcharge.
The restraining order was originally imposed for threatening behaviour and making offensive calls in Littleton in May last year
