FOUR Hampshire communities including West Wellow will have a mobile Post Office service introduced.

West Willow’s stop is outside Wellow Village Hall, Button Lane, West Wellow, S051 6BR on a Friday from 8.45am to 9.45am.

Graham Brander, Post Office Network Provision Lead, said: “We are pleased to introduce Mobile Post Office services to Cadnam, West Wellow, Hordle and Milford on Sea as we know how important Post Office services are to communities.”

There will be two visits a week to Hordle, outside The Pavilion, Vaggs Lane, Hordle, S041 0FP. The times are Friday: 11.30am to 1.30pm; Saturday: 9.30 to 11.30am.

The travelling Post Office is aboard a specifically designed vehicle. It is a tried and tested way of maintaining service to communities and provides the best possible solution to maintain Post Office services to the community.

These are temporary solutions whilst the service continues to look for permanent solutions.
