Test Valley man accused of serious assault
A TEST Valley villager has appeared in court over a serious assault.
Charlie Palmer, 24, of Stevens Drove, Houghton, near Stockbridge, is alleged to committed grievous bodily harm with intent on Neil Portsmouth at a property in Stevens Drove on July 15.
He appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court and was remanded in custody to appear at Winchester Crown Court on August 18.
