A DRIVER caught speeding on the approach to Stockbridge has been fined at court.
Miley John Stevens, 36, of Mitford Road, Alresford, was recorded driving a 17-reg Ford Transit at 41mph in the 30-zone on the B3049 Winton Hill on October 23 last year.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £185 with a £34 victim surcharge and £90 costs. Four penalty points were added to his driving licence.
