HAMPSHIRE TV presenter Chris Packham has described himself as a "victim of arson" after his front gate was destroyed by fire.
The Springwatch presenter, who owns a cottage in the New Forest, took to Twitter to share images of his charred front gate following the blaze on Friday morning.

He reported he has CCTV image of two "hooded and masked men" outside the front of his home.
He said: "On Friday morning I was the victim of an arson attack on my home. I would like to thank [Lyndhurst Fire Station and Hampshire Constabulary] for their work.
"We have CCTV images of two hooded and masked men. If anyone has any information please call 101 quoting 44210403698."
Hampshire Constabulary have been contacted for more information.
