Handcuffs
OFFICERS arrested a 40 year old man in Chandler's Ford after reports of a burglary in progress.
It was reported that a man entered a store in Fryern Arcade on Winchester Road just before 1am on Sunday 10 October before fleeing the scene.
Officers were deployed to the scene and located a man who matched the description provided by a member of the public.
A number of items were seized from his property after being searched.
The man was arrested on suspicion of burglary but was later released with a conditional caution.
