A ROAD was closed after a three car collision resulting in an arrest.
A man from Romsey was arrested after police were called to an incident at 6.07pm on Wednesday November 17.
Reports of a collision involving three vehicles on Highwood Lane, Romsey were made to police resulting in the 30 year old man being arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle whilst above the legal level of alcohol.
The vehicles involved were a Vauxhall Astra, a BMW and a Nissan Note.
No injuries were reported but the road was closed for just under two hours while the vehicles were recovered.
The man was released under investigation while police enquiries continue.
