WITH December just days away, pressure is growing more and more for families to put the Christmas tree up.

Whether you put your tree up as you took the Halloween decorations down, or you're still planning to do so, the Chronicle have made a list of local farms where you can buy your tree, just in time for the festivities.

Burcot Farm Christmas Trees, Winchester

Open from 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30pm Friday and Saturday and 5.00pm Sunday's, Burcot Farm have a wide selection of Christmas trees with sizes ranging from three ft to eight ft, as well as decorations and wreaths. One customer wrote on Google reviews: "The very definition of great service. Huge choice of quality trees in all shapes and sizes - nice choice of decorations and immensely impressive wreaths made whilst you wait!"

Located in Balldown, Stockbridge Road, Winchester, SO21 2NA, Christmas Trees Winchester have a large selection of trees and are praised for their customer service, with one customer writing on Google reviews: "The service here was great. With two little ones with us, Jason led us to the perfect tree straight away and kindly delivered at no extra charge. Our tree is absolutely gorgeous."

Open seven days a week from 8.00am to 4.00pm and 1.00pm Saturday and Sunday, Woodmann Trees sell high quality trees at affordable prices and also offer a free delivery service within a 75 mile radius from the yard.

Salisbury Christmas Trees

Selling trees for over 20 years, Salisbury Christmas Trees are happy to announce the sale of their Nordmann Fir trees will go live from 1 December, while Norway Spruce will be available from 8 December.

One customer wrote on Google reviews: "We bought which was probably the last tree sold there on December 24th, after being given directions on the phone by the owner. We've just taken it down and it has not shed one needle. I know where I'm buying my tree next year, albeit somewhat earlier."
