Heavy delays on the M3 northbound
COMMUTERS are facing delays this morning following an accident on the northbound M3 south of Winchester.
One lane is said to be blocked between junctions 12 at Eastleigh and 11 near Compton.
The ROMANSE traffic information system says the delays are "heavy" with the tailback reaching the M27 at Southampton.
