A GRANT has been awarded to help fund an event, taking place in Romsey town centre.
The 100’s In The Hundred is being organised by Romsey Carnival and will take place on June 2.
The grant was presented to John Ray, from Romsey Carnival, by Cllrs Sandra Gidley and Nik Daas.

Sylvia Finch, from Romsey Carnival, said: “Another very generous grant been awarded to our Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Anniversary Fund 100’s In The Hundred.”
The event is on Thursday June 2 and the grant was from Test Valley Borough Council's community grant scheme.
