A WINCHESTER man has been jailed for four months after a string of thefts.
Sam Irving, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, is going to prison for 18 weeks, a court heard.
Irving, 39, was sentenced at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Tuesday, March 12.
On Tuesday, January 9 he stole a French Connection UK duffle bag, with a value of £22, from Boots in High Street.

On Monday, January 22, Irving stole items to the value of £17.20 from One Stop.
The court record said he was jailed for six weeks per offence. Any other offences have not yet been listed by the court record.
No order for costs was made due to the defendant's limited means.
