HUNDREDS of motorbikes and quad bikes tore up the track at the Matterley Basin near Winchester for an annual charity fundraiser.
Crowds turned out to watch the 12th Leukaemia Busters Charity Motocross which was hoping to raise more than £24,000 for the Southampton-based charity.
The event was organised by Hampshire Motocross Club and saw 160 motorbikes and 40 quad bikes race against each other in a series of heats throughout Sunday for a selection of trophies.
Organisers also put on an auction, a duck race, cake stalls and a raffle, while a commentator gave them a running commentary of the day's races.
Sara Curtis, secretary for the Hampshire Motocross Club, said: "It was quite spectacular to watch.
"Last year we managed to raise £24,000, so we would really like to get close to that figure or even better it."
