Easter came early at Osborne School in Winchester, after Bluebird Care arranged for the Easter Bunny to make a surprise visit and hand-deliver chocolate eggs to all their pupils.

Osborne School is a maintained special school for children with learning disabilities, and Bluebird Care supports pupils with personal care, moving and positioning, and nutrition and hydration.

Bluebird Care is one of Winchester’s leading at home care providers, and the innovative collaboration has transformed the landscape of care provision at the school. Bluebird Care has a dedicated team to manage any care needs, meaning Osborne’s teaching staff are afforded more time to focus on the children’s education.

The festive initiative comes off the back of an ongoing partnership between the two providers.

Bluebird Care wanted to celebrate the success of the partnership by surprising all pupils with a special visit from the Easter bunny and an early Easter egg.
