GUESTS were invited to an inspiring and uplifting event hosted by the Center for a Loving Workplace.
Co-founders Renee Smith and Lili Boyanova Hugh invited people to join them and special guest Simon Phillips, The Change Man, for an event focused on creating work environments full of connection and inclusion.
Simon, renowned speaker and Change Maker, is on a mission to develop one million Change Makers and he shared his wisdom on inspiring positive change in ourselves and others.
The event was held at The Pump House, Winchester, on March 13, and was supported by Winchester Round Table.
David Price, from the Round Table, said: "The gathering marked the beginning of a broader mission to encourage small, thoughtful changes in professional interactions, emphasizing human-centered leadership and care. Attendees were invited to consider how to become the heroes/heroines of their life and make a positive impact."
