THERE was talent galore on display when hundreds of art exhibits went on display.

During a private view evening in September put on by Wallop Artists, guests and members were treated to a visual display of artistic talents with over 400 pieces, including ceramics, on display.

Test Valley mayor Councillor Ian Carr opened the exhibition and gave thanks to all those who organised the event.

On display at the Middle Wallop Village Hall there was a selection of art and ceramics created by members of the club especially for the annual display.

During the event a number of awards were given out to those who took part following voting by the visiting public.

The Libby Pike Award was again awarded to Wendy Willis for best painting for her creation Summer Glow.

And The Evie Haywood award for best flower painting was awarded to Helen Logan for Cherry Blossom, who was presented the award by Evie’s daughters.
