ANDOVER is set to be as hot as some of Europe's top holiday destinations over the Easter weekend, with temperatures exceeding 20C.
Andover is forecast to be at least as hot at St Tropez in the south of France; Corfu; Bodrum in southern Turkey; and the Spanish island of Majorca, with temperatures in these destinations forecast to be in the late teens and early 20s.
Temperatures have risen throughout the week to give a dry, settled and warm Bank Holiday weekend throughout much of the country, according to the Met Office.
Andover could see temperatures of up to 21C.
It is expected to be 21C on Good Friday, although with cloud at times;Â as high as 21C on Saturday; 20C on Easter Sunday; and 20C on Easter Monday.

About 10 million people are preparing to head off on an Easter holiday, new figures suggest.
Good Friday will be the busiest travel day as many people make the most of the long weekend.
Motorists are being urged to set off early or delay travel until Saturday to avoid the worst jams.
