CONCERNS are growing for an Andover woman who disappeared more than a week ago.

Jayne Travell was last seen on the morning of Tuesday, July 23, and has not been seen since.

She was last seen at Tesco, on Weyhill Road, where she was dropped off by a friend at around 11am. She then did not appear at work later in the day.

Her family are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare and police want to get her home as soon as possible.

Jayne is believed to have links with Andover, Abbotts Ann and Salisbury.

She is described as white, around 5ft 8ins tall, straight, brown, shoulder-length hair and wearing a blue denim jacket, light-coloured jeans and black fur-lined boots.

Officers have been following various lines of enquiry since she was reported missing.

Inspector Chris Taylor said: “Jayne’s disappearance is out of character and we just want to speak to her to check that she is ok.

“We have released a fresh image of Jayne, in the hope that it will jog someone’s memory.

“Have you seen Jayne recently? Do you know where she is? If so, please call us.”
