A GRATELEY public house is going under the hammer next month.
The Plough Inn in Monxton Road has a freehold guide price of £350,000 to £370,000.
It is among 170 lots being sold by Clive Emson, the regional land and property auctioneers.
Mike Marchant, auctioneer, said: “The Plough is an attractive pub in a picturesque village on a plot of 0.22 hectares (0.55 acres).
“It is currently occupied although the new owner would have the option of moving in or considering some form of development subject to the necessary consents.”
Britain's largest independent regional land and property auctioneer, Clive Emson Auctioneers, raised £19 million across the company from 195 lots catalogued for its July auction series – including a record £5.3m raised from Hampshire properties.
Starting at 11am, the regional Clive Emson auction takes place on Friday, September 13, at the Solent Hotel & Spa, Rookery Avenue, Whiteley, near Fareham.
