A MAN has been cautioned after he was recorded carrying out a sex act in a public place.

The man, who was wearing a Vitacress uniform, was caught on camera pleasuring himself on Thursday last week.

The 32-year-old from Andover was cautioned for causing 'outraging public decency' but he has not been charged.

A young woman who filmed the incident told Andover Villages she was 'shocked and scared' after witnessing the man standing outside her row of houses last week.

In a statement earlier this week, Vitacress siad: “We are aware of an incident that occurred offsite last Thursday morning (19th September), involving an individual wearing a Vitacress fleece.

“The person involved was not a Vitacress employee but was employed by a third party supplier, who provide a service to Vitacress’ St Mary Bourne site.

“As soon as Vitacress were made aware of the incident, we informed his employer and all appropriate actions were swiftly taken.  We can confirm that he is no longer working on the Vitacress site.”
