A POLITICAL party formed just months ago has been plunged into disarray after the break-up of the party’s power couple.
Councillor Lauren Banville, the town’s deputy mayor, sensationally quit the Andover Alliance this week and launched a scathing attack on the party claiming her voice ‘wasn’t heard’.
Following the news, the party leader and town mayor Richard Rowles revealed he was in a relationship with Cllr Banville but added they had now split up.
