THE council is hoping to reunite a lost dog with its owner after sharing an appeal on social media.
Test Valley Borough Council shared the below picture of the pooch on Facebook.
It was found today (Tuesday) at around 12.40pm in the Avenue, Andover.
The owner is advised to contact the TVBC on 01264 368000.
