A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of arson following a fire in Basingstoke town centre.
Officers were called following reports of a fire at the bin stores behind the Las Iguanas restaurant in Festival Place, around 1.30am this morning (January 23).
A 20-year-old man from Basingstoke was arrested on suspicion of arson and remains in custody at this time.
