A SURVEY will help shape the future of two failing medical practices.
The NHS North Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is conducting a consultation for Rooksdown Practice and Beggarwood Surgery patients.
The results will be used to inform any perspective care providers which will take over the running of the two GPs.
As previously reported in the Gazette, both facilities have been rated as ‘inadequate’ by the Care Quality Commission.
Responses must be completed by Sunday, 12 May. To complete the survey, go to smartsurvey.co.uk/s/beggarwoodandrooksdown.
