THIS year’s Chinook Display Team, based at RAF Odiham, has been given the seal of approval to perform in public.
The Chinook Display Team was awarded its Public Display Approval for this year from commander of joint helicopter command (JHC) Rear Admiral Jon Pentreath and RAF Odiham station commander Group Captain Lee Turner on May 8.
Also approved was the Apache Display Team.
Rear Admiral Pentreath tweeted afterwards: “Both superbly planned and executed in less than perfect display weather - well done to both teams. The crowds will enjoy seeing the JHC in action this summer.”
