Residents are being urged to share their experiences from the pandemic and lockdown period.
The Gazette’s Lockdown History Project aims to document this unprecedented time to provide an account for future generations.
The newspaper is looking for written accounts, photographs and videos to be shared.
Editor Katie French said: “We are living through history. Each of us have different experiences and we want to record as many accounts as possible.
“We are looking to hear from residents of all ages and backgrounds from across North Hampshire.
Anyone can take part. Those interested can submit a piece about their experience or they can speak to a reporter, if preferred.
Submissions can be up to 300 words long.

Share your lockdown experiences
The Gazette is collating a series of stories of people across the town and wider area to record this period of history. We are looking for short stories and accounts from residents about how the lockdown period and coronavirus pandemic has affected their lives. You can be as open and honest as you like and can withhold your name, if preferred. Please send in your submissions here or email editor@basingstokegazette.co.uk.
