A MAN from Basingstoke who allegedly shot someone with a BB gun has appeared in court.
Alexander Ward, of Cliddesden Road, has been charged with possession of a BB gun and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He's further charged with possession of an imitation firearm, illegally possessing an air pistol and assault by beating.
The altercation is said to have happened on January 10 in Cliddesden Road.
The 67-year-old, who has not entered pleas to any of the charges, has been remanded in custody pending an appearance at Winchester Crown Court on February 10.
