A GP surgery in Basingstoke has been temporarily closed after "contractual issues".
Shakespeare Road Medical Practice, formerly known as Bermuda and Marlowe, turned patients away on Wednesday morning.
It has left up to 14,000 people without access to their GP or repeat prescriptions.
Hampshire CCG, responsible for primary care in the county, have said that the closure was temporary while "we work with the practice to put in place arrangements for the future care of their patients".
But they have not been able to say when it will reopen.
