Grosvenor House, has recently undergone a seven-figure refurbishment programme by the landlord, Ameriscot Commercial.

Andy Hodgkinson, director at LSH’s south coast office, said: “Grosvenor House is the highest quality refurbishment in the City and occupies a unique position in the Square and only a short distance from the main transport hub. It’s no surprise that we have attracted WP Group to the building.

“The Landlords, Ameriscot Commercial, are experienced office investors and have paid considerable attention to the finishes. Southampton is a great place to live, work and do business. The investment in the City has been considerable and it is attracting new occupiers as a result."

Nik Cox, partner at Vail Williams Solent, said: “The remaining accommodation provides the flexibility, the amenities and the quality that the modern office occupier requires, from electric charging points for cars to cycle storage and showers. All this in one of the most recognisable office buildings within Southampton Central Business District.”
