AN audit, tax and consulting firm has promoted one of its Basingstoke employees.
RSM, based in Basing View, has strengthened its senior employer solutions team in the south with the promotion of Deborah Parks-Green to director.
Deborah, who began her career working for HMRC, joined RSM in 2005.
Deborah is one of nearly 30 specialists in the firm’s southern employer solutions team. The team offers holistic support to employers covering issues such as pay as you earn (PAYE), national insurance contributions (NICs), employment status, termination payments, construction industry scheme (CIS), international mobility of employees, together with a variety of reward planning and employee share schemes.
John Taylor, head of the employer solutions group at RSM said: "With HMRC increasing their compliance activity in relation to employment tax matters it is essential we have the right balance of skills and experience in the team. Deborah’s promotion reflects her wealth of experience and contribution to an expanding team, we are well placed to assist employers across the region, helping them to meet their employees’ needs and remain compliant with HMRC in this rapidly evolving area of tax."
