A NARROW lane in Swanmore has been targeted by fly-tippers for the third time in less time in less than a week.
Yesterday evening (Wednesday) rubbish was dumped in the field bordering the road, with waste scattered across a patch of land.
Another 2 #flytips on Cott Street #swanmore. All correctly reported to @WinchesterCity There no need for anyone else to attend so the evidence can be preserved.

The Swanmore Parish Council Community Safety Officer said that Winchester City Council has been informed of the rubbish.
They added: “There no need for anyone else to attend so the evidence can be preserved.”
On Saturday a wheelbarrow, a washing machine, and piles of mud and brick were dumped along the same stretch of road.
Piles of household and garden waste have been left strewn across the road.
The piles of filth have been dump in a layby on the narrow road but passing vehicles unable to avoid the rubbish have pulled items and mud further along.
